Team "Spike/Shoe Night" at SJJ

Generally speaking kids who run cross country and track and run consistently throughout the year should be replacing their shoes every 3-5 months in order to help minimize injuries. There are a number of factors that can affect how often you should replace a shoe but doing so at the beginning of the season can help them perform better during the season. It should also last them through the winter training until spring sports. Our team “Spike/Shoe Night” is scheduled for the weekend of September 13-14 at Super Jock n ’Jill at Greenlake in Seattle. SJJ has been the premier specialty running shoe store in the Seattle Area for decades and our team has the opportunity to take advantage of 15% Off purchases over the weekend and then extending into the week if you can’t make the weekend. Visit the store at your family’s convenience and just mention you are with Inglemoor Cross Country. Additionally, athletes can access 10% off at all other times of the year! (Rumor is there may be giveaways over the weekend) The store carries everything a runner would need.
