Team captains play a very important role for us. They are leaders and mentors to their teammates and assist the coaching staff in a number of ways by helping to lead daily activities, promote team bonding activities, pass on fun xc traditions and guide the team in warm ups at meets.
Coaches will review the applications and announce new captains via email at the start of the new year.
